Huset is a fine-dining restaurant in Longyearbyen on the archipelago of Svalbard.
The head chef Alberto Lozano Avilés and his chefs are working on creative and visual recipes around the products found locally. We brought up the context of the archipelago of Svalbard that has a strong history of hunting and trapping going as far back as the the 1800’s toghether with the rough nature and the more modern and delicate and precise aspect of fine-dining cuisine.
